1.ST Tech Pty Ltd will not responsible of any data lost during repair. Please advised that you must back up your data before sendingthe device to us. In case of data recover jobs, we will confirm with you the risk before process your repair request.
2.Please note that the price on the price list we provide is build base on “Start From”   structure. There will be additional cost if the device is found with more   issue.
3.Passcode Required.
4.If customer booked   device as a fresh device, but we found someone else worked on that fault, ST Tech Pty Ltd will generate invoice accordingly to our policy.
5.Dead Phones/Stuck   on Recovery/ Restart on the logo - Price quotes is just to make the device   turn on. If after turning on the phone, it has any other fault, it won't be   fixed under the same price. The extra price will be charged according to the   fault found after turning on the phone. If that fault is not fixable and the   phone is still not useable for any reason, still making the device turn-on   fees will be applied.
6.No warranty on data lose at any case.
7.For all iPad Jobs, you will be required to pre-open the digitizer/LCD and attached them together   with the device. Will be additional $50 cost if we disassemble the iPad on   your job request, ST Tech Pty Ltd will not responsible for any digitizer/LCD   damaged during disassembling your device.
8.For water damaged jobs, will not be covered under our standard 3 months warranty.
9.For dead devices   sent in of data recovery request. ST Tech Pty Ltd will not responsible for any data lost as well as un-repairable afterward.
10.For dead devices sent in for repair. ST Tech Pty Ltd will not responsible for any data lost as well as un-repairable afterward.
11.All devices with   repairable or un-repairable status, customer need to pay for the postage of sending device back. ST Tech Pty Ltd advises that the postage for returning   will be covered by Insurance of any lost or damaged during transit with   additional cost. If you wish to chose the return postage with-out insurance   cover, you must accept any lost or damaged as your own risk.
12.We will not diagnose any other issue, if devices are required to ready to work, customer   need write that down in addition. We will only work on the issue you   mentioned in your repair form.
13.We don’t take responsibility for missing /damaged/lost parcel for all incoming and outgoing repairs.
14.It is the customer's responsibility to record/track the serial number or IMEI number of the device.
15.We do not need any sim card, memory card, cases or any other sort of accessories to repair your device. ST Tech Pty Ltd takes zero responsibility of losing such items if you send them with your device.
16.All jobs request must be processed full payment once you receive the invoice from us. For jobs that pending payment longer than 3 months, ST Tech Pty Ltd will not responsible for locating your jobs/devices.
17.Repair would take 5-7 business days after we received devices. We will confirm with you if we need more time.
